The Renae Buono brand is the parent organization of multiple service groups. The organization was started in 2007 by Renae Buono, when she launched RB Consultants, and it has expanded to provide additional services.

Renae has over 20 years of experience managing educational programs, fundraisers and special events to include securing high profile speakers, key opinion leaders, authors, instructors as well as sponsorships working within the corporate and nonprofit industries. She is a dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial and proactive approach to supporting the goals of each of her clients.

RB Consultants has grown over the years from its initial domestic and international meetings and event planning services to adding value by offering creative business development and marketing services for special projects. These services include branding with logo development as well as website design through Renae’s network of strategic advisors and support personnel, who she manages for each client in each of these four primary service groups.

Renae Buono’s Professional Background:

Renae brings more than two decades of experience to each client engagement. Here are some highlights on her career. In 2016 Renae started working with Main Line School Night (MLSN –, which engaged her as the Director of Programs. Her experience with MLSN has been foundational to many aspects of the services that she provides to clients.  

Prior to MLSN, working along with the London headquarters office, Renae managed the US office operations for MD Group ( from 2012 to 2015. She helped ensure the company’s best interests, maintaining a positive culture and quality of service for clients and staff, continually recognizing areas of improvement and taking the proper initiatives to implement change for efficient and effective processes, implemented cost-saving strategies, formed partnerships and negotiated contracts and SLAs with over 30 vendors to include IT, financial institutions, legal consultants, compliance and various insurance as well as increasing company’s Duns & Bradstreet credit rating to a positive score.

Over the course of her career, Renae has also worked as the Project Manager and Project Coordinator for healthcare marketing, education and communications as well as global event and financial services companies such as:

Each of these experiences has helped shape the services that she provides through the Renae Buono service groups. In addition to her Interior Design education at The Art Institute of Philadelphia, Renae’s volunteer work has also helped serves as a springboard for personal and professional development. Her volunteer work has included working with A Baby’s Breath, Cradles to Crayons, and Family Lives On Foundation.
